At DM Executive Line, we actively monitor and follow WHO, HSE, and NTA guidelines regarding the COVID-19 pandemic. We are committed to ensuring the safety of our chauffeurs and guests during these challenging times.

Ensuring Safety for Guests and Chauffeurs During COVID-19

Chauffeurs adhere strictly to hygiene standards. They frequently wash their hands and use antiseptic gels and wipes. To maintain high safety levels, each chauffeur wears disposable masks and gloves, which are replaced after every ride. Instead of physical contact, chauffeurs use a bow and smile to greet guests. We also minimize unnecessary interactions and provide only essential information. Chauffeurs have received strict guidelines to follow social distancing practices at all times.

Protective Measures for Our Chauffeur Fleet

We implemented protective measures to maintain cleanliness and safety. Each chauffeur drives a specific vehicle, and we do not exchange vehicles between them. Every car contains antibacterial wipes and hand sanitizers, ensuring guests have access when needed. After each transfer, chauffeurs thoroughly clean the vehicles using antibacterial wipes. To reduce points of contact, we no longer provide magazines and newspapers during rides.

Updated Chauffeur Vehicle Capacity

For safety purposes, guests cannot use the front passenger seat. Our updated vehicle capacities are as follows: Mercedes-Benz E-Class: 2 passengers Mercedes-Benz S-Class: 2 passengers Mercedes-Benz V-Class: 6 passengers

Guest Responsibilities to Protect Chauffeurs

We ask our guests not to use our chauffeur services if they experience any COVID-19 symptoms or have been in contact with someone who has tested positive. Please prioritize your health and the well-being of our chauffeurs.

Mandatory Face Coverings in Vehicles

Since July 13, 2020, wearing a face covering in private hire vehicles has been mandatory. However, this requirement does not apply to young children or individuals with breathing difficulties. If you do not have a mask, your chauffeur will gladly provide one.
