What cities does your company operate in?

DM Executive Liner full range of chauffeur car services are available in Dublin City, Galway City, and we also offer private car hire airport transfers nationwide.

What airports does DM Executive Line operate in?

We offer executive chauffeur driven airport transfers to and from all airports in Ireland.

Is there a fee for meet-and-greet service?

As a first class chauffeur service provider, DM Executive Line charges no additional fee for meet-and-greet service.

Can I book a chauffeured driven vehicle per hour?

Yes, our chauffeur driven vehicles can be booked by the hour and the fee depends on the size and model of the vehicle.  For the hourly service we require a minimum of three hours hire.  

What is the minimum time required to make a reservation online?

To confirm the availability of your scheduled transportation service online reservations should be requested 4 hours prior to pick up time.

When do I receive my chauffeur hire booking confirmation?

Bookings confirmations are sent via email immediately after your reservation procedure is completed from your side.

What is the difference between driver and chauffeur?

A driver is simply someone who operates a vehicle, while a chauffeur is a professional who is hired to drive only the best vehicles, luxurious, comfortable and neat.

Are your chauffeur's smartly dressed?

DM Executive Line chauffeurs wear suits and a shirt and tie, after all you will never get a second chance of making first impression.

Do you provide taxi services?

No, DM Executive Line do not any taxi jobs. We provide a bespoke pre booked chauffeur service with minimum fee in place.

AIRPORT TRANSFERS

Where will my chauffeur meet me at airports?

Your chauffeur will be waiting for you in the arrival hall displaying a sign (tablet) with your name.

How long will my chauffeur wait for me?

At the airports the DM Executive Line chauffeur will wait for the 60 minutes after flight arrival time. For other pickups (from home or a hotel ), your private driver will wait for 15 minutes. With your flight number your chauffeur will monitor your arrival time and where possible adjust your collecting time for any early arrivals and delays. Thereafter, every additional waiting time will be charged.

Why do I should to enter my flight details?

The flight details allows us to monitor the flight’s status and rearrange the pickup time for any delays or early arrivals (where possible), and to ensure that private hire driver waiting at the right terminal.

What if my flight is delayed?

When booking, please provide flight number , and we will monitor your flight status and ( when possible) adapt the pickup time for any early arrivals or delays.

Who do I contact for the airport pickup?

The chauffeur name and his mobile number are sent by email at least a 24 hours prior to the day of service.

Vehicles

What vehicles do you offer?

We’re providing only modern executive Mercedes-Benz vehicles, executive saloon E-Class, executive MPV V-Class and premium saloon S-Class. All our chauffeur driven vehicles are high specified and have luxurious interiors, air conditioning, privacy windows, exterior lighting, on-board WI-FI and free bottled water.

Are the vehicles licensed?

Yes, all our vehicles are fully licensed.

Are your vehicles insured?

Yes, all our vehicles are fully insured.

Do your executive vehicles have Wi-Fi?

Every of DM Executive Line chauffeur driven vehicles have Wi-Fi.

Do you provide child car seats?

Yes, we provide infant, child and booster car seats. Please request it in the “additional service information” field.

What luggage capacity does DM Executive Line fleet offer?

E-Class holds 2 Check In-luggage and 2 hand luggage.<br> S-Class holds 2 check in-luggage and 2 hand luggage. <br>V-Class holds 6 check-in luggage and 2 hand luggage.

What age will my car be?

DM Executive Line executive chauffeur driven vehicles are less than 4 years old.

Do you provide bottled water in the vehicle?

Yes, we provide complimentary bottled water in our vehicles.

Can I bring drinks and food into the vehicle?

Tidiness of the chauffeur driven vehicles is an important part of our service, so the eating on board during the journey is not allowed. Alcoholic drinks in the vehicle are only permitted to be consumed with prior chauffeur permission. If the vehicle need cleaning due to pour drinks or food , there will be an additional charge.

 

Is smoking allowed?

Smoking, including electronic cigarettes is not allowed in our vehicles.

Are pets allowed in the vehicles?

Yes, small animals carried on the owner’s lap or contained in a carrier are allowed.

Do you provide mobile devices chargers?

Car-chargers for iPhones and other mobile phones are available during the journey

 

 

How many passengers can you carry?

Our chauffeur driven executive Mercedes V-Class can accommodate seven passengers.

POLICIES AND PROCEDURES

What if the chauffeur is late?

Even with the help of traffic monitoring, unexpected delays may occur in rare instances. In such cases, our Customer Care Team would call you and update you on the chauffeur status.

Does DM Executive Line chauffeur's go through special training?

All our chauffeurs have done the necessary trainings and hold the licences and insurances required to provide the chauffeur service in Ireland.   

Will my chauffeur meet me at cruise ports?

Yes we provide executive chauffeur services to and from all Irish ports. As DM Executive Line chauffeurs monitor the ship docking, please provide the correct name of the ship when making the booking.

Do you offer a private chauffeur car hire service from Dublin Airport or from Dublin City to Kildare Luxury Shopping Village?

Yes, we offer direct chauffeur-driven service from Dublin Airport or Dublin City to Kildare Village.  

Can I book a one way journey to Kildare Village Luxury Shopping Destination only?

Our private hire chauffeur services for Kildare Villages are available as return journeys with waiting time or either one way journeys.

How many kilometres/miles are included in the hourly private hire service?

The hourly chauffeur car hire service includes 20 kilometres (12.43 miles) of distance for every booked hour. For example, a three-hour service includes 60 kilometres (37.2 miles)

What is your cancellation policy?

If the service is cancelled up to 24 hours prior to the pickup time, there is no cancellation fee.

In case if my chauffeur arrives earlier than the pickup time, am I charged for additional waiting time?

No. Regardless of how early the chauffeur arrives, your complimentary waiting time starts at your scheduled pickup time.

Are gratuities included?

Tipping your driver is at your discretion. Suggested 15%

Are the prices shown per vehicle or per person?

The prices are always per chauffeur driven vehicle and always include all fees  and  taxes.

 

 

When are payments due for services?

DM Executive Line private driver hire service must be paid in advance. The service is booked at moment the payment is made.

When will I receive my payment receipt?

After you have completed the payment process, Your payment receipt will be sent to you via email.
